By booking or using Danny’s Auto Detailing services, you ("Client" or "You") agree to the following terms and conditions, forming a legal agreement between you and Danny’s Auto Detailing ("We," "Us," or "Our"). 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

We understand that things come up, but we have a firm cancellation policy to keep our schedule running smoothly. More than 48 hours' notice – No fee. Less than 24 hours' notice – $50 fee. Less than 12 hours' notice or No Call/No Show – 25% of service amount (up to $250).

🔹 Note: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, or staffing. This policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

SMS & Messaging Terms Consent & Communication

Types of SMS Messages You May Receive If you opt-in to receive text messages from Danny’s Auto Detailing, you may receive:

✅ Appointment reminders

✅ Follow-ups after your service

✅ Billing inquiries

Example: “Hi! This is a reminder for your auto detailing appointment with Danny’s Auto Detailing on [date] at [time]. You may reply STOP to opt-out of future messages, or reply HELP for more information. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Late Arrival Policy

We do our best to stay on schedule, but due to traffic and tight scheduling, we may arrive up to 90 minutes late. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if delays occur.

 

Vehicle Access & Service Quality

By booking with us, you agree to provide access to your vehicle (keys, if necessary) for detailing services. Service Guarantee: If you have concerns about the service, let us know within 24 hours of completion. Issues reported beyond this timeframe may not be addressed. Final Inspection: If you decline the final walk-through, we assume you are satisfied with the results.

 

Single Vehicle Policy for Full Detail Service

A Full Detail service is for one vehicle only—we do not split services between multiple vehicles. Make sure the correct vehicle is available at your appointment time.

 

Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

We will document any pre-existing damage before starting the service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions.If any damage occurs while your vehicle is in our care, we will notify you immediately. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Danny’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

 

Service Fees & Payment Terms

💰 Total Cost: Your price is set at booking. If additional services are needed (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, extra time), we’ll discuss them with you before proceeding.

💳 Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit, or Mobile Payment (e.g., Apple Pay). Payment is due at completion of service.🚨 Late Payments: A 10% late fee applies if not paid on time. A 0.5% daily interest fee accrues until fully paid. You are responsible for any collection costs if applicable.

🔹 Extra Dirty Fee: If the service takes longer than expected due to excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains, a fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply, subject to your approval.

 

Safety & Hazardous Materials

Please inform us of any hazardous substances (e.g., biohazards, chemicals) before service. You assume responsibility for any potential health risks associated with your vehicle.

 

Photos & Marketing

By booking, you agree that we may use photos of your vehicle for marketing (e.g., social media, website) unless you request otherwise in writing before service.

 

Legal Terms & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by California state law. By booking, you confirm you are 18+ years old and have authority to consent for service. You agree to indemnify and hold Danny’s Auto Detailing harmless from any claims due to unauthorized bookings.

 

Acknowledgments

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

✔ Danny’s Auto Detailing does not guarantee specific results.

✔ Payment covers time and effort, not a guaranteed outcome.

✔ Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

✔ All sales are final.
